Javinn was a quiet boy in sec 1 and 2 and continued to be pretty silent and if it wasn’t for the fact that he was in canoeing I may not have even noticed him(nah, just kidding). Always seen with his trademark poker face, Javinn rarely smiles but when he does, you feel like you’ve made the night become day or climbed the highest peak or touched the clouds with your bare hands or made pigs fly (hehe). Lucky we have a picture of him smiling on the main page. Though Javinn rarely replies to attempts to start conversations if he chooses to, he has a really good sense of humour but he only laughs at jokes of good quality (mine...XD joking). However, once the word ‘DotA’ is mentioned, out comes the reservoir of knowledge and experience from playing the game. There are only three things that Javinn does on the bus: 1. stone or 2. talk (seldom unless it’s DotA) or 3. Read. However if you are lucky, he just might crack a joke or two and trust me they are LAME! (But funny nonethelessJ).

Javinn is an exceptional C1 rower and he was and still is the reason that I continue to work so hard (cos I wanna outdo him :D). Javinn has a lot of talent for rowing and is a real natural at rowing. In fact, Javinn was the first few canoeists that coach chose as he had a knack for C boat rowing. Javinn currently is using the more streamlined Nelo C1, a pleasant change from the sluggish Boris Two. Although he hasn’t turned up for many trainings this year, he was still able to row at an amazing pace despite the rustiness. Though Javinn did not manage to compete in this year’s competitions, we all do hope that you would strive and make it to the first team next year Javinn! You can win it!
